          Cooking Instructions

          • 1. Round off cucumbers and squash in 5cm long and 0.3cm thick and thinly slice them into 0.3cm thickness. [picture b,c]

          • 5. Panfry the carrots in an oiled hot pan, with the addition of salt and minced garlic, over high heat for about 1 minute [picture g]
          • 6. Parboil the cauliflower in boiling salt water for about 1 minute and run it in cold water. And then panfry in an oiled hot pan, together with portabella mushrooms, salt, and minced garlic, over high heat for about 30 seconds.[picture h]
          • 7. Put portabella mushrooms, salt, and minced garlic in an oiled hot pan and panfry them over high heat for about 1 minute. [picture i]
          • 8. Cut the beef into 0.5cm thick slices and make thin cuts in them after removing grease and tendons.
          • 9. Make beef marinating sauce using the measured ingredients.
          • 10. Place the beef in the sauce for about 2 hours. [picture j]
          • 11. Grill the back and front of the meat in a thinly-oiled hot pan for about 2 minutes over high heat and cut the cooked beef into 4cm x 2.5cm pieces [picture k]Add the napa cabbage kimchi, small green onions, squid, shrimp, and clam meat to the dough and thoroughly mix them.
