          Sov) Since long ago, Korean people enjoyed 만두 or dumplings. They thought the shape of 만두 was holding in luck. Mandu can taste really different, depending on what’s inside. I am going to teach you how to make meat mandu with meat and vegetables. Na) Let’s start with the outer skin. Knead three cups of flour, a cup and a half of water, and a pinch of salt into a dough. To soften the dough, put it in a plastic bag and let it sit for about 30 minutes. Sov) Alright. Now let’s make the stuffing. Season ground beef or pork with one spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of diced garlic, and a bit of salt and pepper. Na) Dry the tofu by wrapping it in a cotton cloth. Sov) Okay, be sure to dry the tofu well, otherwise, you can get soggy. Na) Next up are the chives. Wash and clean the chives, and chop into fine pieces. Prepare the bean sprouts and chop them as well. You can use either beef or pork for the stuffing, but you can add also other ingredients like s kimchi or glass noodles. Put the meat, tofu, bean chives into a bowl, and bean sprout. Add some chopped green onions, diced garlic, salt, pepper, soy sauce and mix it all together. So, this is the dough we made earlier. And I am going to roll it very thinly using a roller. Na) Be sure to sprinkle flour on your cutting board first, so the dough doesn’t stick. Okay. So now. I am going to use a circle cutter to cut the dough into individual skins. Na) If you don’t have a round cutter, you can use a round bowl instead. Sprinkle flour on the skins as well so they don’t all stick together. Place a skin on your hand. Wet the edges, then put the stuffing in the middle. Fold it in half, and pinch the edges together so there’s no air trapped inside. Sov) You can also make a rounded shape by pinching the edge of the half moon just like this. Put these on a hot steamer, and steam for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, let’s make the dipping sauce. Two spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of vinegar, 1 spoon of water, and red chili powder. Easy, right? Let’s see if our Dumplings is ready. When they’re ready, you should be able to see all of the stuffing through the skin. Sov) Wow~~ Can you see that? Looks delicious! Actually, homemade mandu is a bit cumbersome to make, but trust me. It’s worth it. You won’t regret it!

            Article 50, clause 3 (Consignment to Send Advertisements or any other Promotional Information for the Gains of Profit)

            1. ① Anyone who consigns to send advertisements or any other promotional information for the gains of profit must make sure that they abide by Article 50, clause 2. 
            2. ② In accordance with clause 1, the person that consigns to send advertisements or any other promotional information for the gains of profit is responsible for any losses that might occur due to the violation of laws. [Added 2002.12.18]

            Article 74 (Punishment) 

            1. Anyone who has violated the following clauses will be sentenced a maximum of 1 year in prison or a fine under 10 million won.
